And representing my home state of Pennsylvania- the rural Atglen Borough Hall Park by SALT DESIGN STUDIO, anchored in rustic and natural play zones, and Philadelphia’s Temple University Liacouras Walk South by David Rubin Land Collective, both a gateway and gathering place for students, staff, and visitors.

A handful of photos from each project are in the gallery below, and a larger selection within the Landscape Architecture Portfolio.

All of these projects leaned into my unique process that combines design photography with photojournalism's experiential concerns, fueling a big narrative with many small stories. Committed and intensive efforts through all phases- planning, shoot day, and post-production, lead to the consistency evident in this group. Enjoy and thanks for looking!

2025 Landscape Architecture Highlights - A survey of last year’s collaborations.

Two flood resiliency efforts, which couldn’t be any more different. Metropolitan Hospital Flood Resiliency Project in East Harlem by Stantec, where floodwalls strengthen the hospital’s critical infrastructure against future storm surges and extreme weather events. Southwest Resiliency Park in Hoboken by Starr Whitehouse, a new integration of urban public space with storm protection, weaving activity zones with layers of flood infrastructure.

Another pair, both revitalized historic parks reimagined for inclusion and accessibility- Franklin Park in DC for David Rubin Land Collective, and Promenade Hill Park in the Hudson Valley for Starr Whitehouse.

Two additional DC projects- Peanut Plaza for SWA, reclaiming one of the city’s most dangerous intersections, and The Stacks by West 8, planning and public space design for new development at the confluence of the Potomac and Anacostia Rivers.
